Bluefields Rising

Judy Mowatt Outreach Ministries, in partnership with the Sean Paul Foundation, presents Bluefields Rising: Health & Recovery Fair at Belmont Academy in Bluefields, Westmoreland. Taking place on Saturday and Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, this free community event offers a wide range of essential services for all ages.

Attendees can access health and well-being services, including medical consultations, dental care, vision checks, mental health support, and screenings for diabetes and blood pressure. On Saturday only, government and identity services such as PICA, Heart/NSTA Trust, and NIS enrollment assistance will be available. Additionally, the event provides economic and sustainability resources, featuring farmer and fisherman support, seeds, farming tools, and entrepreneurship training. The fair concludes with an uplifting Gospel Concert on Sunday, August 23, at 6:00 PM.
